What happens if you can’t fix it?
No charge. You only pay if the system is recovered and functional.
Do you charge for unsuccessful attempts?
No. There are no charges unless the system is successfully recovered.
How do you charge for successful recoveries?
If the system is successfully recovered, the fee is based on the value of the equipment.
